terms of service
-please remember that, above all else, i have the right to decline your commission should i feel uncomfortable for any reason.
-while i work fast, please don't expect your piece to arrive in an instant. i'm starting to be quite the busy person, and sometimes i need a little time to unwind for myself. i hope you understand!
-if you are interested in commercial use whatsoever (ie: merch, posters, covers, etc.), please bring that up to me and we can make a deal on that. otherwise, please do not redistribute my art for profit without my explicit permission.
-YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO USE/EDIT MY ART FOR MALICIOUS PURPOSES; THIS INCLUDES THE MINTING OF MY ART INTO NFTS.
-for standard use, you may have my art in your character's gallery, use it as a pfp, share it around with your friends, whatever it may be, so long as it is non-profitable. using it as a part of a for-profit stream layout would require commercial use from me; though for small things like that i can haggle a lot easier!
-no more refunds are accepted after i send you a preliminary sketch of your commission. before that point, you may request one if need be. however, if i fail to complete your commission in a timely manner (depending on the commission's complexity) and i fail to act upon the error, you are entirely free to seek a refund.
